for solar park
construction projects across Europe

Who are we?
Recontek is an experienced solar park construction company operating across Europe.We build:
- Ground-mounted solar parks
- Industrial rooftop solar installations
We currently operate in Belgium, the Netherlands, France,
and Germany. Coming soon: Czech Republic and Italy.
We manage several projects at the same time and are looking
for strong foremen who can take full responsibility for a construction site –
from project handover to final commissioning.
Your role
You will be the person who:
- Organizes daily work on the construction site
- Plans material deliveries and work schedules
- Leads a team (4–8 people) and supervises the work
- Solves day-to-day on-site issues
- Communicates with client representatives (safety, materials, site order, etc.)
- Ensures deadlines and quality standards are met
- Manages budget, payroll, and attendance
- Actively participates in construction work when needed
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years of experience as a foreman / site supervisor
- Category B driving license
- Good English skills
- Dutch / French / German – a strong advantage, but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take responsibility

- Salary: €2,500–€4,500 NET (depending on experience and performance)
